These terms apply to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. When requesting my services, you agree to my Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Personal and commercial use<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • As the Seller, I possess the right to include the commissioned work in portfolios, commission sheets, and post it online to my social media as a way to self-promote my work. (unless you have made a specific request not to, which can be discussed).<\/li>\n
  • As the Customer, you can freely post your commissioned art online.
    \nCredit is not mandatory but very much appreciated! You can direct your commission with a hyperlink back to any of my active social media pages or, if hyperlinks aren\u2019t possible in the site, you can add \u201cart by Sylvannaen\u201d or similar.<\/li>\n
  • The Seller\u2019s commissions are for personal use\u00a0ONLY<\/b>. As a Customer, you have the right to repost, edit, or use it in any other way you intend in which you are\u00a0NOT<\/b>\u00a0selling the art to make profit or promote.<\/li>\n
  • Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.<\/li>\n
  • The Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.<\/li>\n
  • In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Personal and commercial use<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
      \n
    1. Discussion: After receiving your request, we will discuss the details about what you want. Provide all the references you find necessary! I am okay with \u201ccreative freedom\u201d but I need some information about your own characters, or at least a basic mood for starters (do you want the character portrayed to look happy, chill, etc?).<\/li>\n
    2. Payment: An invoice will be sent to the email address that was used to request the commission.<\/li>\n
    3. Sketch: As Seller, I will submit a sketch and await your approval. As the Customer, you can demand some changes, up to three complete revisions. Once you are happy with the piece, I will continue working on the commission.In case you request a Full illustration commission, step 2 and 3 alternate. In any case, I will await to receive your payment to work on the full piece.<\/li>\n
    4. WIP I always share screenshots of my progress on your commission, be it to suggest small changes (such as eye color, fixing small details), or ask for your feedback on colours. I will not do drastic changes to the pose that was agreed on within the Initial Sketch.<\/li>\n
    5. Completion: When I\u2019m done, I will send your completed commission (.PNG file format) through Google Drive or WeTransfer.I like to sign my works in a corner. Ask if you need a version without signature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      Payment<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      \n
        \n
      • Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.<\/li>\n
      • On full illustration orders, the Customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.<\/li>\n
      • Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.<\/li>\n
      • Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller.<\/li>\n
      • All payments for commissions are made through PayPal or a Payment Link provided by me.\u00a0 Must be paid in euro (EUR).<\/li>\n
      • No refunds. Only in limited cases where I haven\u2019t started working on your commission yet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        CANCELLATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        As the Seller, I have the right to decline or cancel any commission work, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to the Customer. Such will happen if I find a theme to be uncomfortable or if the piece does not follow the guidelines of my current commission chart.<\/p>\n

        Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. The Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.The Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.<\/p>\n

        The Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and the current state of the Product.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
